Ingredients:
1½ oz Hendrick's Gin
¾ oz Thatcher's Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1½ oz Apple Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Bar spoon Diced Cucumber
Bar spoon Diced Kiwi
Cucumber slice for garnish
Procedure:
In a mixing glass, muddle diced cucumber and kiwi. Combine remaining ingredients into mixing glass. Transfer ingredients into tin filled 1/2 with ice. Shake vigorously 8 to 10 times. Strain mixture over fresh ice into rocks glass and add garnish
