Seven Spice Ahi Ingredients:
1/2 lb of tuna
1/4 tsp. Salt and Togarashi Mixture Recipe >>
Pomegranate Concentrate Recipe >>
Fig Balsamic Tar Recipe >>
1 tsp. Canola Oil
Seven Spice Ahi Procedure:
Lightly dust tuna with salt & togarashi mixture. Heat a sauté pan and add canola oil. Sear each of the 4 sides of the tuna. Slice tuna thinly.
Plating:
Arrange Ahi on a plate on top of Pomegranate Concentrate. Drizzle Fig Balsamic Tar over Ahi. Garnish with shaved Fennel.
