Notes:
This rosy red concoction mixes tequila with strawberries and muddled fresh lime. We had to top it off with some Belmont Brewery Strawberry Blonde Beer in honor of our neighborhood fish-house that serves over 60 different icy beers. Served in a tall Collins glass over ice and garnished with a ripe sweet strawberry and lime.
