Hotel Adlon Kempinski: L’ Explosion du Franz Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
Shaker
Highball glass
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz Hennessy
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz Remy Martin
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz Martell
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz Courvoisier
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz Camus
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz Otard
8 cl / 2.7 fl. oz maracuja juice
3 cl / 1.01 fl. oz lemon juice
2 cl / 0.67 fl. oz mango syrup
0.5 cl / 0.16 fl. oz Chambord
1 egg white

Procedure:
Pour the six different types of cognac, the egg white, mango syrup, lemon juice and maracuja juice into a shaker and shake well. Pour the liquids into a large highball glass. Float a dash of Chambord on top.
