Four Seasons Resort - Hualalai Restaurant: Chartreuse Swizzle Cocktail Recipe


Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 ounce Green Chartreuse
½ ounce John Taylor’s Velvet Falernum*
2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
½ ounces fresh lime juice

Procedure:
Add all ingredients to highball glass with crushed ice.
Swizzle until well chilled.
Add more ice and repeat until glass is well frosted on the outside.

Presentation:
Use a highball glass and garnish with  fresh pineapple leaf.

Note: 
* The secret to this drink is the John Taylor’s Velvet Falernum. In a pinch, you can substitute orgeat.
