Jaya’s: Pul Koo Kee Recipe

Makes 5 servings.

Ingredients:
1 lb. sirloin beef cut 1 inch thick
½ tbsp. fresh garlic
½ tbsp. fresh ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tbsp. sesame oil
¼ tbsp. salt
½ tbsp. pepper

Procedure:
Marinate all the ingredients for one hour. Either stir fry or barbeque the meat after marinating it. Serve with hot steamed rice.
