Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped fairly fine
Procedure:
1. Spray preheated Grill & Bake Express with nonstick baking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, and flour. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Place a little less than one cup of mixture in the center of
waffle plate. Close lid and flip. For easier removal, score cookie into quarters and slide each section out with a fork.
