Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 Tbls. whole grain mustard
2 Tbls. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbls. capers chopped
1 Tbls. cornichons (crisp, tart pickles) chopped
pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients together and store in a container with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate.
