Rice Krispy Lollipops Recipe - Chef Greg Gefroh


Ingredients:
1 14oz. Milk, Condensed
1/4 C Butter
1 16oz. Caramels
2 Lbs. Marshmallows, Large, frozen for easier handling
1 16oz. Cereal, Rice Kris pies
24 ea. Skewers

Procedure:
1) In a sauce pan combine condensed milk, butter & caramels. Heat while stirring constantly until melted.
2) Using skewers place frozen marshmallows on skewer. Dip in caramel mixture, then in rice krispies.
3) Place on parchment paper. Needs to be cooled overnight.
4) Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
