Ingredients:
1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Procedure:
Combine both ingredients and whip at high speed with mixer until stiff peaks form.
Note:
In professional kitchens, we usually have a praline paste that we would use for the hazelnut cream, but this product will be hard to come by in your local grocery store. Praline paste is made from ground hazelnuts and sugar. A close substitution that you may be familiar with is Nutella.
