Chocolate Ganache Recipe - Chef Greg Gefroh

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
1 Pt. Cream, Heavy Whipping
1 oz. Butter
2 TBSP Sugar
1 Lb. Chips, Chocolate

Procedure:
1. In a sauce pan, measure & combine heavy whipping cream, butter, & sugar. Bring to boil.
2. Pour over chocolate chips that are in mixing bowl while stirring constantly with wire whip.
3. Finished product will have a shiny gloss to it. Needs to be cooled to room temperature before being used for dipping
