Zentan Restaurant: Birds of a Feather Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Hanger One Buddha's Hand Vodka
1/4 oz. Yuzu Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 to 2 ounces of Ginger Beer
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Red Chili

Procedure:
Muddle chili, lemon & simple syrup. Combine with remaining ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice and shake. Double strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish: Chili
