The Bikini Kitchen: Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe


Yields 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado pitted
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave nectar
4 oz of vanilla coconut yogurt
1 cup of almond flour
3 -4 medjool dates
1 tsp veggie butter

Procedure:
In a food processor combine medjool dates, almond flour and veggie butter. Process until a crumble texture is reached. Place in equal portions in ramekins. Next place the rest of the ingredients in the processor and blend until smooth. Pour equal portions into the ramekins and serve.
