Salad Ingredients:
3 cups fresh watermelon
1/3 cup slice jicama
¼ cup of sliced cucumber
¼ diced red bell pepper
¼ cup diced panela cheese
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Honey Lime Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
½ cup of honey
2 tsp. vinegar
Procedure:
Blend salad ingredients together, blend dressing ingredients together and then add dressing.
