2 each fresh Alaskan king crab leg, shelled
Salt as needed
1 tablespoon of sliced garlic
2 tablespoons of onions, finely diced
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 oz. of lemon juice
2 oz. of white wine
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of diced tomato
3 tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Procedure:
1. Heat olive oil in pan, add garlic, onions and brown lightly
2. Add tomatoes, lemon, white wine and simmer for two minutes
3. Add crab leg meat and heat until crab is hot through turning as needed in pan, about two minutes
4. Remove crab and transfer to hot serving plate
