Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dashi soup powder
1 cup water
¼ cup mirin
¼ cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, finely minced
1 teaspoon daikon radish, finely minced

Procedure:
1. Mix together all ingredients in a sauce pan
2. Bring to a boil on medium heat
3. Remove from the heat
4. Serve at room temperature with tempura shrimp and vegetables
