Lemon Thyme Salt Recipe - Chef Jason Rivas


Ingredients:
1 cup kosher salt
Zest of 1 lemon
1 bunch thyme

Procedure:
Zest lemon.
Cut thyme into 1” sprigs, but do not pull off leaves.
Mix all together thoroughly. cover and let sit for a day to a week.
Afterwards, remove the sprigs.
Use as you would standard salt.
