Mixing glass
Coupe champagne glass
15 fresh raspberries
1 cl / 0.33 fl. oz raspberry brandy
Champagne to fill
Procedure:
Put the fresh raspberries in a mixing glass and puree. Add a dash of raspberry brandy, then top with
champagne. Stir with ice and strain into a coupe champagne glass.
