Balsamic-Herb Vinaigrette Recipe - Chef Emeril Lagasse

Makes: ¾ Cup

Ingredients:
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp minced garlic
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground
black pepper

Procedure:
In a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, basil, oregano, and garlic; whisk well. Continue whisking while  drizzling oil in a slow, steady stream. Add salt and pepper and whisk to combine. The vinaigrette may be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
