Yields: 2 Lobster Tacos
Ingredients:
6 oz. Fresh Lobster Meat / not frozen
1/2 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon italian parsley
1/4 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1 /8 white dry wine
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Homemade fresh corn or flour tortillas
Freshly made Picco de Gallo
Procedure
In a non stick pan, add butter, and garlic. Cook for 1 minute or till light brown, add fresh lobster, cook for 1 minutes, add italian parsley, wine, cook for 2 minutes. Prepare homemade corn or flour tortillas. Place lobster in the tortillas, add picco de gallo on top
