Moroccan Spiced Shrimp - Chef Ryan Reynolds

Ingredients:
Grated zest of 1 orange (1 T.)
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground coriander
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. hot chili powder
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt, preferably kosher
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 T. oil
12 oz. small tail-off shrimp

Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients, reserving the oil.
2. Pour olive oil directly over shrimp, then add spice mix. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and stir frequently until fully cooked or at
least a minimum internal temperature of 145° F.
