Lemon Thyme and Horseradish Aioli Recipe - American Culinary Federation

Yield 1 cup

Ingredients:
Egg yolks 1 each
Roasted Garlic, mashed 4 cloves
Olive oil 1 cup
Horseradish, squeezed dry 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice ¼ each
Lemon Thyme leaves, fresh 2 tsp
Ground black pepper 2 tsp
Kosher salt ½ tsp

Procedure:
Mash the egg yolks and garlic until smooth.
Blend in the olive oil very slowly steady stream until all the oil is absorbed.
Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Refrigerate until needed.
