Ingredients:
2 ½ lbs. inside rounds (diced 1 inch squares)
1 ½ cups yellow onions (diced)
½ lb. butter
1 ½ tsp. white pepper
4 cups flour
1 qt. water
¼ lb. beef base
¼ lb. sour cream
¼ cup red wine
½ inch egg noodles
Procedure:
Combine the beef round, onions, butter and pepper and let simmer for one hour.
Add 4 cups of flour.
Mix in water, beef base sour cream and red wine.
Serve over egg noodles.
