Acropolis Fine Greek Cuisine & Spirits: Hummus Recipe


Ingredients:
1 16 oz. can of chickpeas
3 T lemon juice
1 ½ T tahini (sesame seed blend)
2 T granulated garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T olive oil
2 tsp. dried parsley
Water

Procedure:
Drain chickpeas and place them with tahini, lemon juice, salt, olive oil and garlic in a food processor. Blend slowly and add water until the dip is smooth. Extra lemon juice and garlic can be added according to your taste.

Note:
Tahini can be found next to the peanut butter section in the supermarkets.
