4 Tablespoons of orange juice (from blood oranges if possible)
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1 quart of Hollandaise Sauce: Here >>
Procedure:
To 1 quart of Hollandaise, add 4 Tablespoons of orange juice (from blood oranges if possible) and 2 teaspoons grated orange zest.
