Ingredients:
4 cups red potatoes
2 heaping TBLS horseradish
½ cup soft butter
1 TSP salt
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
Procedure:
Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until soft, then drain. Add salt and butter. Whip mixture until the butter is melted, then add remaining items.
