Spanish-Style Dry Rub - Chef Billy Parisi

Ingredients:
3 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Procedure:
In a medium size bowl, simply mix all dry seasonings and herbs together and set aside.
