Islander: Steamed Salmon

Ingredients:
10-12 oz. salmon filet
2-3 stalks green onion, julienned
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
6 slices fresh ginger root, julienned
1 oz. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 oz. thin soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 oz. corn oil
dash pepper

Procedure:
1. Place salmon filet in oval dish.
2. Sprinkle on minced garlic and ginger strips.
3. Steam for 5 minutes, check with fork to flake.
4. Sprinkle on sugar, soy sauces, and green onion
5. Steam for 20 seconds.
6. Heat corn oil until very hot and spoon onto the entire fish. Serve immediately
