Avocado and Cilantro Turkey Wrap for Two - Chef Woody Duncan

Chef's Notes: Tips:
Takes 10 minutes to make and is great for lunch. the cilantro put the sing in this wrap.
Ingredients:
2 - 8 inch whole wheat tortillas, at room temperature
1 - avocado halved, the seed removed then scooped out. Slice each half thin
2 - Tablespoons fresh cilantro, rough chopped
1/3 - cup of fat free cream cheese softened at room temperature for spreading
4 - oz. sliced oven roasted turkey breast from the deli (approximately 4 slices)
4 - Tbsp fat free ranch dressing
1 - small tomato sliced very thin
Procedure:
In s small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the fat free ranch dressing blend until smooth. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and spread the cream cheese blend evenly over the 2 tortillas. Then place 2 slices of the turkey on each tortilla then thee thin sliced avocado with the tomato next. Sprinkle the cilantro over the top and roll these babies up and cut in half.
