The Sweet Tooth: Crunchberry Bark


Ingredients:
4 Cup Captain Crunch (or similar) cereal
2 Cup White Chocolate

Procedure:
Melt chocolate in microwave or over double boiler. Spread cereal generously over a sheet pan. Pour white
chocolate over cereal and spread with a spatula to cover all of the cereal. After chocolate has spread, bang the bottom of the sheet pan on a counter or table to release any air bubbles and bring the cereal to the top. Place pan in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate separates from the side of the pan. Remove bark to a counter and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
