Kona Grill: Fig Balsamic Tar Recipe

Fig Balsamic Tar Ingredients:
1 oz. Figs
2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Butter
1½ tsp. Brown Sugar

Fig Balsamic Tar Procedure:
Place figs and vinegar in a pan and reduce by 75%. Once reduced, introduce butter brown sugar and worcestershire sauce. Reduce and cool.
