Juban's: Lemon and Herb Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ cup tbsp xv olive oil
1 small shallot, minced
2 sprig fresh basil
2 tsp dried thyme, leaves
2 tsp dried oregano, leaves

2 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch salt, white pepper
2 tsp honey

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth
