Abboccato: Nonna's Meatball Recipe


Yield: 4-6 servings

Chef Notes:
If you don't use the meat balls in the sauce, they can be fried in a pan with olive oil sprinkled with salt and served on their own.

Ingredients:
6 slices plain white bread
1½ cups milk
1 Tbs + 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1½ lbs ground beef, chuck

Procedure:
Mix Together.
