Ingredients:
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce apricot liquor
1/2 ounce St. Germain
Sparkling brut, to top off
Angostura bitters, to top off
Strawberries, for garnish
Lime twist, for garnish
Procedure:
Shake all ingredients and strain into a flute. Top off with sparkling brut and Angostura bitters. Garnish with a strawberry and a lime twist.
