Ingredients:
20 maraschino cherries – no stems – cut in half
1 pineapple – cut into medium sized chunks
1 cup Chopped Pecans
4 cups Red Grapes
4 cups White Grapes
2 cups Strawberries – Cut in half – no tops
Procedure:
Pour the following mixture over the fruit and refrigerate until ready to serve.
In a food processor, mix:
2 packages cream cheese
2 T vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups brown sugar – firmly packed
