Mushroom Marsala Sauce - Chef John Findley

Serves: 8

Ingredients:
4 ounces chopped mushrooms
1 ounce olive oil
1 ounce Marsala wine (more if desired)
3 ounces heavy whipping cream
1 ounce au jus
½ garlic clove, crushed
Salt
Pepper

Procedure:
Using a small pot over med heat, add the oil and mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and then the wine. Next, add cream and au jus and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper
to taste. Serve with steak.
