Serves 25
Ingredients:
3 pints lemon sorbet
2 pints raspberry sorbet
2 liters ginger ale
1 cup raspberries
3 lemons
1 bunch fresh mint
Procedure:
Combine sorbet and ginger ale in large punch bowl. Stir with gusto!
Decorate ice ring (instructions below) with sliced lemons, raspberries and mint sprigs.
Launch into punch.
Decorative Ice Ring:
• Fill an ice tray or ring mold 1/3 full with water. Freeze.
• Place edible flowers or berries on top of the ice, barely cover with water. Freeze.
• Fill remaining space with water. Freeze.
• Remove. Run under warm water for 60 seconds. Dislodge ice.
