Korean Beef Satay Recipe - Chef Greg Gefroh

Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Beef, Top Sirloin, cut into large julienne
½ C. Oil, Canola
2 TBSP Oil, Sesame
1 TBSP Garlic, cloves, minced
1 TBSP Ginger, fresh, minced
¼ C. Soy Sauce
¼ C. Vinegar, Rice Wine

Procedure:
1. Cut beef into large julienne. Place in a mixing bowl.
2. In a clean mixing bowl, measure & combine canola oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lite soy sauce, & rice
wine vinegar. Mix to incorporate.
3. Pour marinade over beef. Let marinate 8 hours or overnight.
4. Place about 4oz. marinated meat on a bamboo skewer.
5. Grill on an outside grill about 5 minutes on each side.
6. Garnish – Onion, Green, flower
